Highly Recommended 2/6/2009

Last week I had a small incident at home that included lots of water everywhere. I immediately called abc Carpet and they had promised to send someone over that same day. A few hours later, as promised, a very nice and professional technician arrived at my home to check things out. He evaluated the situation, gave me a very reasonable price and started working. He was done in a few hours and after everything had dried up it all looks like new with no sign that anything had happened. Thank you! \r \r Pros: good Cons: good more

What a great job they did! 10/31/2008

I love my dog but he thinks he owns the place, esp. my good rug! These guys were able to get out all the dog smell as well as all the hair! I have a Husky and his hair is everywhere, but they made it all disapear! Thanks to them I let my dog back in the house! more

not too bad of a company 10/15/2008

These guys damaged my floor!!! after making a few call the the company I did recieve a call from the owner. The owner was very nice, sorry for the damage and apologized and made better than good on the damage and listened to my complaint....I believe it to be a good company with one poor employee. They are rug experts, hands down.\r \r We decided to clean all of our rugs in the home at one time, in hopes of getting a better price.\r \r Well I must say, ABC gave me a great deal, gave us a great warranty and on top of that, delivered them on time.\r \r I must say I didnt know how much I would miss my rugs until they were gone, but ABC made it painless and not too bad on the wallet.\r \r Pros: On time delivery and great price more

What a relief... 8/28/2008

I have been trying to get stains out of my oriental rug with 3 previous washings from other companies. I am not sure if they did not have the right machinery or experience, but there was always a shadow stain left behind.\r \r I finally decided to use ABC after a recommendation from a rug store owner when purchasing another rug. All i have to say is SUPERB!. The pricing was a bit higher than the rest, but they did the job and MORE. If i wouldve used them from the beginning I wouldve saved hundreds of dollars.\r \r I recommend them highly. Speak to Mike. Pros: They do the job right! Cons: A bit pricier than the competition more

Very professional rug and carpet cleaners 6/2/2008

These guys really know their stuff.....a friend recommneded them to me as mother has a beautiful persian rug that was deemed to be ruined by a visiting pet. From the minute they started their steb by steb process and evaluation of the damage I could tell I was in good hands. like this carpet cleaning company the most because they are extremely organized and do the job quickly and professionally, not like some other companies ive dealt with in the past. The cleaning job at our house was done quickly and incredibly well. They did a magnificent job - I cannot believe how clean the carpets are; I thought they were ruined and they made them look like new. \r Next time I do need carpet cleaning done, I will be surely calling ABC. THE SERVICE IS GREAT, THE PEOPLE ARE HONEST AND FREINDLY. EACH RUG IS TREATED LIKE IT?S THEIR OWN, WITH A GENTLE CARE AND ATTANTION. BEING KIND OF SKEPTICAL WITH THE CONDITION OF MY RUG I WONDERED IF THEY CAN SAVE IT.BUT, THEY IMPRESSED ME WHEN I CALLED THEM. MY RUG WAS IN HORRIBLE CONDITION AND THEY WERE ABLE TO GET ALL THE DIRT AND STAINS OUT, REPAIR THE DAMAGED AREAS, AND CUT A NON SLIP PAD FOR ME; ALL OF THIS AT A VERY AFFORDABLE & REASONABLE PRICE.
