Good to see a shop that still holds up to high quality standards 2/26/2014

We've been using On the Spot Truck Repair since November of last year. We run a trucking company so anytime we have trucking issues in the area, we bring it to them. They've done everything like replacing a turbo, malfunctioning lights, heaters, anything and everything that can go haywire with a truck. There have only been one or two incidents where they couldn't do it because they're freight-liner specific issues and don't have the computer software to recognize the codes. They're very open, very knowledgeable, and don't try to keep you away from the truck which is a big thing with a lot of our drivers because it's essentially their home on wheels. So when other places take the truck and tell them they can't get to it, it jars them a bit. I like that I can walk into their shop at anytime, say hi to the office people, and talk to the people working on the truck. It's a very comfortable shop to be in. more

I really like the management now. People who know what they're doing and get it done. 11/27/2013

On the Spot Truck Repair hasn't always been something I would rate the way I did. I used them a whole bunch in the past, then didn't use them for a little while while they did some changing of hands. There are a couple of core guys there who know what they're doing. I try to get hold of them or of the manager who is running the place now. His name is Tom, and he's really on top of it. On the Spot's guys were on top of things this morning. We had no idea what the problem was, and they were able to find it, fix it, and salvage our whole day because we were able to use the truck. I really like the management. Ben on the floor is great, too. He got me in this morning before they even opened. more

On the Spot Truck Repair are replacing a cooling hose that busted on me. I've been a customer probably four years. They usually get me in and out fairly quick and do a great job. more

They did a heck of a job and I have no complaints. 2/22/2012

I have used On the Spot Truck Repair just this one time. The quote was a little low for the work that they did. The work ended up coming out to about 900 dollars over the original quote. Other than that they were great mechanics. more

Quick and easy fix. 1/13/2012

There was a problem with my transmission, so I took it into On the Spot Truck Repair. They located the problem and it ended up being an inexpensive and easy fix. I appreciated that they found it fast and took care of the issue and didn't try to go for anything more expensive. I'd go back again. more

On the Spot Truck Repair always seems to be out here, and they are always willing to do what they have to do to get the truck running. I came out from Oregon, and I used them out there, and then they showed up out here in North Dakota. I have never had a problem with them. They bend over backwards to make it right. more

It took awhile to get someone to us, but the mechanic that came out was just outstanding! He was very thorough, very capable, and we were just very impressed with him and his work. more

I've used On the Spot Truck Repair a few times. They are very quick about dispatching someone to help. The prices are fair. One time I used them and the part failed, they made good on it and repaired the part and even paid the bill! They are an extremely honest and upfront group of guys. more

On the Spot Truck Repair has always taken care of us. We're one of the main carriers for Frito-Lay, so we have about 8-12 loads daily that we take to Frito-Lay. When our trucks break down, On the Spot is there when we call. more

Honest, knowledgeable and professional. 7/11/2011

My experience with On the Spot Truck Repair has been pretty good. They've helped me out a lot and always treat me very fairly. Shane is a nice guy and won't ever lie to you. He always tries to get me in right away and he's straightforward. He'll tell me what's going on with my truck and what needs to be done to fix it. I think it's great they work overnight, and have night shifts for their customers like me, who drives in the day. I can get in and out pretty quickly. I highly recommend people go there. Good work! Really good experience 6/9/2011

We've had a really good experience with On the Spot Truck Repair. They found an air leak that was there for over a year which past repair shops did not even find! They charged us a lot less than the other companies did. It actually took them two times to find it but they did find it. We found out about On the Spot Truck Repair because they were right next door to the place where we park our truck. They do good work and really try to keep their prices reasonable. Linda Rajic more

On the Spot Truck Repair provides all the emergency roadside service for Quality Carriers at the Ridgefield Port of Entry. They will work after hours, and do an outstanding job on our class A tractor trailers. They also provide a good value for their services. We have used On the Spot, off and on for five or six years. They are a locally owned and operated vendor, and that means a lot to us. They are professional, and provide good service with rapid response. Lonny Heffel more
