While not the most professional-looking staff, the guys did a great job. My wife feels like she has a new car. They exterior is shiny and the inside is well vacuumed; the leather is soft; the crumbs are missing from around the gear box. And the the price was right. It was a good experience. Nice to see a local company providing a good service at a fair price. more

Car Shines Like the Morning Star 5/26/2010

The team did an exceptional job, even eliminating a spot on the dashboard that I had reluctantly come to accept. My envious neighbor eyeballed my sparkling car and turned away. I hate to see a grown man cry. more

Excellent Job!! HIGHLY Recommended! 5/20/2010

I read prior reviews to this company, which all said great things. But, I'll admit I was a little hesitant to have someone else detail my new vehicle. All my hesitations went out the door, after I spoke with Rob, who is very knowlegdable and was able to answer all my questions. And, when he said he had removed all the hard water and mineral deposits on the paint I was greatly impressed. The truck looked better than the day it left the 'showroom floor,' which was only 2 months ago. Thanks again On The Spot! more

Great Service--Catered to my individual needs and concerns--Excellent Communication 4/27/2010

Very reliable hands down. Was a little shaky about trusting someone else with my car at first, but I realized after talking with the rep that I was in good hands. They were very punctual (even with a few last minute requests and changes on my part) and genuine folks. Didn't really know what to expect at first, but they educated me to the process and made sure I had the opportunity to voice concerns or issues before and after. All in all, highly recommend these guys. Quality and price--top notch, but the trust and honesty from them after talking with them for just 3 minutes....PRICELESS! more

Sparkling clean, prompt service. Excellent customer service. 3/28/2010

On the Spot has been detailing my Beamer for over a year now. They are always consistent in keeping my interior glowing and rims sparkling. They pay extra attention to rubber mats and leather interior. I especially love the way my car smells so clean for 3 weeks! This after my 2 kids (& hubby) ride in my car. It's amazing how prompt they are, too, often arriving 10 min. early. Excellent value for the price, as I have priced local mobile detailing companies and have found OTS to be the best value. Finally, I love how they come wherever my car is...I just say "home" or "work" and they're there. more

They did a great job, missed a few spots but otherwise great job 3/24/2010

It was very convenient to have someone come to me. The guys did a great job on the outside of the car. In fact, I would say close to perfect. The inside was very well done. They missed some spots such as the center council and I would have liked them to use some cleaner on the glass. They mentioned they only use water which did leave water spots on the windshield, windows, rear view mirror and side mirrors. Other than that, it was a great job and I would use the service in a hart beat. more

Great follow-up, excellent job, reasonable price. 3/23/2010

I decided to use On The Spot Mobile Detailing because they would actually come to my house and do the auto detailing at a reasonable price. Also, they had an A+ rating on the Better Business Bureau. On The Spot did a very good job. This was a complete detail, including shampoo on the inside and exterior work. I had a couple of concerns, which Rob, the owner, addressed. He even called me back to make sure I was happy. My experience with On The Spot Mobile Detailing was wonderful. They do what they say, their follow-up is great, and they do an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them. more

Unbelievable Customer Service!!! 2/22/2010

I could not believe the help I received today from Rob at On The Spot. While I was at work I had someone scratch a car I had borrowed from someone. I wanted to get it fixed immediately before I returned it to them. I contacted On The Spot hoping they would be able to repaint the bumper by tomorrow. Rob explained to me that could not be done in these temperatures, but he spent 25 minutes on the phone with me explaining who I should call, how much I should look to pay, and what to specifically ask for. All the time knowing that I would not be using their service. I have never been so pleased with a company I did not even use. I will be calling them again when my car is out of the shop for a detail. To me great customer service goes a long way, and On The Spot has earned a customer for life. Thanks again more
