We absolutely get that you were not satisfied as per our phone conversation and subsequent postings. After receiving the sequence of events we decided a full credit of your puchase was fair as you yourself had stated that you had thrown away the corsage. This is where our problem is... Had you brought back the item by Monday morning unused, instead of calling on the phone requesting a refund (since you said you had to get another corsage somewhere else), we would have refunded the money in cash. Wow! What a great disappointment after having used this florist countless times professionally. I ordered a corsage with deep purple flowers,WHITE mini roses and silver ribbon. This is exactly what was written on the order sheet. When i picked it up, I saw that the roses were yellowish and not white. I questioned the younger owner and was told this is our white , thats what we get in. I thought well maybe the lighting was off. I walked to my vehicle and the whole way home, I knew this was not what I wanted or ordered. I immediatley called them again to explain that this was not at all what I ordered per the order sheet. I was then told, it is a buttercream rose called Vidalia and I would have been unhappy with a white rose since they bruise. I could not believe my ears. I ended up purchasing another corsage. I called again on Monday and spoke with the older owner who again offered no apology and told me I am the only one who has ever complained and I am too picky.
