Went there with my German girlfriend, and neither she nor myself were disappointed. Great cakes and desserts! She is very-very picky about German food in the US, but she Loved this place. My only regret was coming down to see my grandparents for all these years and not trying this place sooner. Highly recommend the poppy-seed cakes, the lemon squares and the marzipan cakes.\r TIP: be careful at the beach, darn birds ate some of our cakes while we were swimming. more

Reminds me of home 2/19/2009

I love this bakery, because not only do they have German, Russian, & Italian cakes and pastries, they also have deli items, like authentic organic German & Polish sausages and other organic meats. Everything is fresh and reminds me of the food from Germany, and I just love how conveniently located it is, considering there aren't any other German bakeries in the area. more

Bakery 1/31/2008

Oltimes Bakery is wonderful. The bread and pastries are fresh and there is a great selection of them. The store is conveniently located in downtown Cape Coral. The service is excellent and the prices are very reasonable for this great quality of food. There is a small inside eating area. Coffee and other drinks are also available. They also have a booth at the farmer's market on Saturdays. more
