I came in to the Olson Bros Tire 12/19/2011

I came in to the Olson Bros Tire Factory based on a recommendation of their mechanic Steve. I needed a 60k check on my car done for my toyota warranty. This place did a very thorough inspection, very quick, and the price was less then HALF of what Toyota was going to charge me. Additionally, when I was paying, they took the time to explain what everything meant, and counciled me on my brakes and what the numbers meant and when I would need replacements. I didn't feel like they were being pushy or anything, which is the feeling I usually get from other places (like jiffy lube)... the guys here were very friendly, very nice, and I am definitly coming back! Easily the best shop I have ever used. Started going there after I got my car towed by Pat. He was such a helpful, courteous and professional driver I couldn't believe it. The work they do in the shop is amazing and I have never felt taken advantage of there. The best part is the gas station; I won't buy fuel anywhere else! They have quality fuel and the best service around. The island attendants are much more professional and helpful then any I've ever encountered; especially Noah and Abram - they are so much fun. Also make sure to have christy vaccuum your car after the oil change, she does a great job! more

Great Place 4/22/2010

Was ripped off elsewhere - went to Olson Bros and they were fantastic. Wish I had gone to them in the first place. Honest and fast. Good guys. more

Great Customer Service 6/5/2008

I just got off the phone (Thursday, June 5, 2008) with BRAD at Olson Brothers. My son's BMW was stolen awhile back, ultimately recovered, and then sent to Olsen. However, I am dealing with is since son is on an east coast visit. I cannot say enough about how courteous and helpful Brad was. He saved me a lot of time and effort and his exceptional customer service warranted a note here. Any needs I have in the future where Olson can fulfill them, they have a customer. Not to mention referrals. Rarely do I encounter that level of customer service, especially on the phone, unless I am the one providing it. Way to go, Brad! more

Great People 9/13/2007

This business has donated each year to Milwaukie Elementary'a Auction. We have used them for brakes on our car they were quick and very reasonably priced. more
