I had the Chicken Calabacitas. Good and spicy.

As an Arizona Native I have heard about the Old Town Tortilla Factory for years, but had never made the journey over to the restaurant until last night.

I love the Factory! Best Margaritas in town! I also really like the carne en fuego and the freshly made flavored tortillas they give to you. sooo goood :) I also really like their patio - it is by far the best in town! more

I have been dining at Old Town Tortilla Factory for years. It is one of the most consistent establishments in town. We will be hosting are 4th annual holiday party at TF and are looking forward to the first class service and excellent food. Keep up the great work... more

I brought my out of town clients to your restaurant so they could have the ultimate southwestern dining experience. The food and ambiance really impressed my clients. Ruined our Anniversary 11/9/2010

We went for our one and only One Year Wedding Anniversary and in the beginning service was nice and got snippy at the end. We went there for a porpose it was are first date which went well obviously. I ordered some suppose to be pasta but mainly was onion( I picked enough out to fill the rim on the plate) and my husband ordered a 28 dollar 8oz steak that was so burnt it was hard. We sent it back in which we got in return a completely raw steak on the inside. We were so upset by the service and shock it was bad again we left the restaurant. To top it off we paid 30$ for an onion and two sodas and to top it all off the server packed my dinner on a comment ""you most not like onions"" as she scrapped them into the box. I called and spoke to the manager and got the tone of i don't care and his response to it was ""I did take your steak of the ticket and.........."" People don't waste your time on this place.. Ya its pretty and all but was to expensive, no choice on the menu and tastes bland. Also, this is the first time I have ever made a phone complaint and a review that just shows you how bad... more

overly priced and very inconsistant. 10/20/2010

Went one night and it was ok. Went back two days later and it was a totally different restaurant. The food was horrible and the service was worse. The staff was more interested in watching the tv in the bar then serving the customers. Do your self a favor and look some where else. It is very expensive for so so Mexican food. more

worst restaurant in scottsdale 10/12/2008

I dont know what was worse the food or the service. i ordered the pollo margarita which the server suggested and it tasted like wood. if you want to eat food that is bland and tastless this is the place to go. the service was horrible. our server never checked on us and refused to split up our bill before we ordered there was 3 couples! what were we all supposed to have cash?! Stay away from this place unless you want to waste your money! Pros: nothing more

. . . than eat the c-r-@-p that they pass as food at Tortilla Factory. I never write reviews on sites like this. Ever. However, this place was so awful I felt it was my civic duty to mankind to do what I can to prevent others from experiencing the most bland, flavor-less, overpriced food and horrendous service in existence. At least in existing west of the Mississippi. Pros: The end of our meal Cons: Everything. Literally. more
