After camping overnight in the nearby hills, I came in one early morning to the town of Joseph. I saw this little place in town, so I stopped on in. With only about 6 booths and 2 tables, this little eatery fills up quick. As my wife and I sat down, we saw all the ""Locals"" with smiling faces, busy in their own conversations. We both got a great breakfast called the ""O.T.B."", or the ""Old Town Breakfast"". It's a classic breakfast platter with egg's, potatoes, bacon or sausage, with toast and home made salsa. Along with a good cup of coffee, and your set. The flavors of this ""O.T.B."" rival any chain restaurants. So good, frsh, and hot to your table. Looking outside to the small town, you really soak it all in. I will always come back to this place, for it has the best breakfast I have ever had in my life. Along with lunch items, and dinner too, I would highly recommend this little eatery to anyone who likes good flavor in a small town cafe.
Pros: Hot fresh flavors, quick servive, good coffee.
