I had them out on a Sunday. I made the call, and got a call back within half an hour. Dennis was in the area and able to stop by. I had a bee swarm and he checked that out for me. We got to talking about some other issues, and I ended up having him spray for a cricket problem I had been having. He did a good job. more

Great company excellent price 2/9/2013

I called this company and they were very helpful on the phone. After pricing out rodent control I found they were the best price. After 3 weeks of consistant check backs with their strategy, no more feedings! YES. They are great all the way around more

We had Old Reliable Pest Control out for ants pest control. It took a while, but the ants disappeared. We are very pleased with them. more

EXCELLENT AND FRIENDLY 1/19/2013

A very friendly Veteran takes care of my home in Agoura Hills. I decided to go on the maintenance program since I have them out 3-6 times a year for rats ad a couple times a year for insects. Saved me over $300 and I my pests are always under control now. more

RATS ARE SO SCARY 12/1/2012

I never knew how petrified I was of Rats til my mom moved to this area. There was rats in her attic and it terrified us. We called old reliable and they controlled the rodents within 15 days. Thank you more

My house was long overdue for a cleansing, I had a rat problem in my garage that was impossible to take care of on my own. These guys are extremely professional, & executed the job perfectly. Don't let the price fool you, their work is exceptional. I have since sent the services of Old Reliable to both my sister and father, who were equally as satisfied as I was. Two thumbs up! more

Old Reliable, are a completely professional pest control company and helped me immensely. 11/20/2012

I had a HUGE rat problem in my garage, one I did not expect to be such an easy job. The employees followed through beyond what I expected from a pest control company. They were extremely friendly,professional, & their work exceeded my expectations. I've since sent their work to both my sister's & father's house, who were equally as pleased as I was. Five stars across the board, well done! more

For the most part we've had a good experience. The attendants who spray are generally likable and nice people. We had a problem with a gopher that they really couldn't help with so we brought someone else in, but for the price and the ant eradication they're very good. more

I contracted with Old Reliable a couple months ago. They are fantastic. Their technician took the time to make my Mother understand what they were doing and make her feel better. If anyone asks me about pest control I recommend them 5 stars. more

We never have any problems with Old Reliable Pest Control. They always show up on time. We have no bugs, and they don't bug us about billing more than once a year. They're great. We have been using them for probably 15 to 20 years now. more

I have been working with Old Reliable for years. They come in an emergency which I appreciate. I had bees and they came and cleaned out my chimney on a Sunday. I find them very accommodating, friendly, and protective. I am 91 and they make sure everything is in order for me, and I appreciate that. What they do is effective. They have gotten rid of raccoons under my house, and went to my daughters house and got rid of rats. Also, they are not too expensive by comparison price. more

The price was very reasonable. But we signed up with Old Reliable Pest Control over a year ago for the six month package and they only came out once. We never heard or saw from them until I called them a few months ago for service. I specially requested for them to call beforehand since we have dogs. Overall, we haven't gotten the things we needed done. Our spider problem has gotten better, but there doesn't seem to be any difference in our gopher problem. more

BEES! 8/11/2012

We have this bush in our backyard and it had a huge bee hive in it. We wanted to get rid of it ASAP so we can enjoy our backyard in peace. I called up Old Reliable and they came out and got rid of the bee hive. They were on time,fast, and had a great price. I will definatley recommend them to anyone more

We don't have to worry about ants anymore. 6/11/2012

There are a lot of ants in our area and since we had Old Reliable Pest Control come out, we have not had any ants in the house. Having ants in the house was our main concern, and we don't have to worry about that anymore. Also, once they found a snake under our doormat and they were able to take care of that. We're very happy with their service. more

Wonderful people to have as your pest control company. 5/17/2012

We have been suffering do to a slow down in my husbands job and me being on unemployment and have had to let some "luxuries" go. I thought we were going to have to live with the Black Widows in the laundry room but then I found OLD RELIABLE. They beat the lowest price I had found! and to top that they have been wonderful since we started at 75 out the door. Thanks Old Reliable You are great! more
