VERY VERY UNPERFESSIONAL COMPANY! Let me first start with saying that they charged us $8,000 for a heating and air system. Over priced! The men they sent out to our home acted like a bunch of middle school girls, gossiping about the company and people who worked there. Then left one guy to do the job. The guy that was left doing the job by himself would not stop talking about his personal life and personal issues. He left our home a mess and damaged our wall. Since the heating and air was installed it has worked some what. They put the Thermostat in the hallway that has the rooms and bathroom a very small inclosed space. This area gets very very warm very quickly were as the rest of the house is freezing. The thermostat that is in the middle of the house reads about 5-7 degrees less then the one they installed and they refuse to move it to the middle of the house. I called and and spoke with Mark the owner about the issues we were having and he made an appointment to come out. Needless to say is i havent herd anything from any one at this company. He never showed up. I have called multiple time and left messages and my calls have never been returned!!! I am very disappointed with this company and the lack of perfessionalism that they have!!! I had to cover all the windows in my home with blankets and put blankets by every door and put a rotating heater in the small living room. We have only been able to use less than half of our home!!!!! I would not recommend this company to any one!! After spending $8,000 you would thing the customer service would be just a tad bit better!!!
