My experience at Oficio was unfortunate.
Our entire 6 months of being members at Oficio we were bullied and lied to. Our biggest issue was having our potential clients who came to the space sent away. I only learned about these clients as they called wondering why we claim to be at 30 Newbury when they were told we were not. How much more time would it have taken Oficio to take a message?
After many back and froths via email; nothing was resolved. This will be my first bad review as I own my own business and would like any unhappy customer to give us the opportunity to right the wrong made before posting something so permanent on the world wide web.
I am sad to say I would not suggest using Oficio. The issue here is not the space itself, the concept or their Newbury address as all are up to par with their boutique concept. The issue is the service; not taking the extra 5 seconds to take a message from a potential client, being honest and not bullying are just basic courtesies you would expect from a business who claims ""boutique.""
