The managers are not helpful at all, neither is the staff. This is not based on just one time experience. Over and over again , this place has disappointed us in terms of customer friendly approach and service. Quite in contrast to the Sterling store. Besides this store is smaller as compared to the Sterling store. PROS: CONS: Not customer friendly at all more
