What a great salon. Molly showed me how to take care of my frizzy, curly hair and Wow the end result was great. I told her I wanted a new style and she did a fantastic job. I have been going to the salon for about 8 years now. The salon has a nice relaxing atmosphere. Try it you will definitely be glad you did. more

Went to this salon for the first time earlier this week. Had Stephanie as my stylist. She did cut, color, and low lights. Location- good locale. love the ample parking in their free lot! A little tricky finding it (its sort of off on a side street) but the receptionist was helpful in directing me once I was in the vicinity. First Impressions- Receptionist was friendly and down to earth, salon was clean and well maintained, cute decor that's inviting and put together without seeming like they were are trying too hard. Fun little boutique in back that supports local artisits- (yay!). THE CUT/COLOR Process- Stephanie was great! I was totally happy with her work- both as a colorist and stylist (Cut). She took time to listen to my thoughts, executed cut/color with ease and finesse and took pride in her work. She was ""with it"" enough to offer her own opinions/suggestions but still within the context of my own ideas. And, her suggestions were right on target -never pushy or ""cookie cutter."" She was very easy going and unpretentious. In fact, all the stylists seemed that way... At one point the owner actually came over and said ""You must be new, I don't recognize you..."" She smiled warmly, introduced herself, made a bit of easy conversation and witty banter before going on her way. I enjoyed that the vibe in this salon never seemed ""put on"". They seemed appreciative of my business and valued my wants/needs as a patron. Would definitely go back! Check it out!! :) more

After moving to the area from Boston, MA I thought I would never find a stylist I liked. In the past year I have literally went through 4 salons and 5 stylists everywhere from Philadelphia to other salons in Lancaster. Then I found Jordan at Odyssey Salon & Spa in Lancaster! She was wonderful! She listened to what I wanted, and just as importantly, she listened to what I did not want. I got my hair cut a week ago and just got my hair highlited today. The color & cut are both fabulous. My search for a new salon is over. I highly recommend the Jordan to anyone looking for a new stylist. Notes: The salon can be a bit tricky to find so give yourself enough time to find it and park. more

I am really happy! I wanted a change,was tired of my hair. I ask the stylist to do whatever she wanted, just go for it. I was so happy with my hair, I could not believe my hair could look so good! My style is easy to do and looks much more fashion forward....lucky me:) Pros: lots of free parking. more

I have been a Loyal client at Odyssey for 8Yrs Now. I Sincerely recommend Odyssey to anyone. The Owner is my Stylist & I could not have been more blessed with a Wonderful Stylist, Friend & Counselor. Odyssey did all of the hair & nail Services for my Daughters Wedding, I have never seen such Beautiful work. I quess that would be why they are doing the Huge Lancaster Wedding Expo at the New Resort downtown. In April, there doing all of the Hair & Make-up... I had a horrible experience with this salon. The girl dyed my hair my own mousey color and cut a big chunk out of the back. The color turned my hair into straw. The stylists were sweet and tried to fix it but it didnt help. After the second cut and color, it was really dry. My husband said I looked like a wickerhead. The owner promised a refund which I never received. She went back on her word. Not cool at all. I would never go back here. Pros: The stylists were very pleasant. Cons: The owner copped a real attitude that I wasnt satisfied. Promised a refund which she didnt deliver. more

I love my hair, the consultation help alot and my stylist taught ME how to dry my hair at home! I have a really good haircut, I can do it myself and it looks good! We know it's all about when you go home and try to do your own hair. I would highly recommend. I am very happy. Pros: great FREE parking more

New to the Area from NYC. My Girlfriend was referred to Odyssey for her hair. Which I must say Looks absolutly Beautiful. They gave her this New Client gift box with samples, coupons & Goodies... She gave me this 25% off Brazilan wax coupon. I was so Impressed, it was painless, quick and the tech was completely professional. I am so HAPPY... I have found my Salon Home... I wanted a new look, something up to date.(you know younger looking) I was refferred to Odyssey and made an appointment. I fell in Love with the Salon. My hair is Perfect, I love the Color & the Cut. Here to find out they are an Academy for Color & Cutting. I receive so many compliments & now I refer everyone to Odyssey.The salon is also an Art Gallery for local artist, which I purchased a piece of Pottery. Pros: They have a huge parking lot with over 100 parking spaces. Cons: a little hard find, but the young lady who answers the phone gave me great directions the whole way there. more
