My two dogs LOVE coming here! As soon as we turn onto Route 22, they get so excited in the car! We pull into the parking lot, and they go crazy with joy! I love the girls that work the front (Alison, Tanya and Diana are their names, I think...). They are always pleasant and happy to see us coming! \r \r We love that Oakview posts pictures of the dogs in daycare on their facebook page! I can't wait until my lunch break every day to see who's there and what my girls are up to. \r \r And the best part is that at the end of the day, they always come home again tired and happy and ready for a good snuggle on the couch!\r \r Thank you Oakview! We're fans for life! more

We boarded our dog there for 5 nights- 6 days. We also have had her there a few times at the day care for socialization. We will NOT be returning her there. Now I have my doubts about the facility staff. The facility is clean. We were greeted nicely and gave the woman at the desk all our information. 6 days was about $240. We also had her washed and nails trimmed. more

Awesome Training 8/24/2011

Just wanted to get on here and write a review for Oakview's Training Center. My dog and I attended Obedience Classes in the spring and we learned so much. We loved our trainer and signed up for agility classes with her in the summer. We continue to train agility every week with her. She really has a lot of knowledge and accomplishments for her age. My family and I even went to watch her show her dogs this summer, and she won! It's always nice to know that your teacher is out there winning. :-) I hope to be able to show my dog in agility in the near future! more

My dog didn't learn anything! 4/11/2011

I have to say the outward appearnce of this facility is really nice but if they had more expirenced trainers I think they could do a better business. My dog attended one full class here and didn't learn a thing. I have grown up with dogs and trained dogs my whole life. I have tried two other training centers in the area thru the years and I will go back to one of them because I feel the people at those places are more expirenced and work better with me. The girl who taught the class was young and acted like she knew everything, I was not happy. more

Amazing Place 1/4/2011

Just finished beginner agility with Audrey Carter and had a blast. She is positive and has a lot of training knowledge! I love to watch her dogs run agility for demonstrations! She is the real deal. My dog and I are planning to continue the training. more

Doggy Heaven! 6/22/2010

Oakview is WONDERFUL! The staff at this Pet Resort is great, and they love my two dogs so much. Whenever I go out of town I know that my dogs are safe and happy. Oakview just opened Doggy Daycare and after I toured the new building I signed the kids right up! They are now happily playing while I am out of town. \r \r I just joined agility class and my dog is enjoying the opportunity to run and play with me. I love this class because the instructor is very positive and never forces the dogs to do anything! She allows them to learn at their own pace and doesn't frighten them. \r \r Oakview is the only place that I will ever trust with my boarding, training and now day care needs. Period. more

Great Place Gorgous Facility 3/13/2010

KAtie is the best. She always greets our two dogs and three cats with the warmest feeling. My two kids always want to go with to drop off our furry kids because they enjoy the staff and the environment and oakview. We have boarded for over 15 years now(including two horses, and we are so thankful to have found this facility. Also just enrolled in an agility class in there new training building and we have had a ball! First class training and instruction. Pros: Clean and same employees for years! Cons: none WE are so thankful for this place more

Has Not Disappointed Me 3/8/2010

I have been taking my three dogs to Oakview for the past two years now and have only experienced positive things. Pros: They genuinely care about pets Cons: There is a grass play area, so my dogs have come home muddy. more
