Great service and great people , very honest 7/17/2013

Had to get a front end alignment , went there and was very happy with how they explained everything that was needed to make the repair complete . Nothing hidden with these guys . I would recommend them to anybody . I drove from Bartlett to Oakland and would do it again upon my next service issue more

Car was overheating, and they took care of it almost immediately. They called to keep me updated on what was wrong, and were pretty accurate on pricing. I Just wish the service center was closer to home, but I won't mind driving back again! Thanks!! more

Need to Read 6/13/2013

We have just recently started using this location since we try to use local businesses and it's close to us. Everything has been fine so far with one exception. I printed and gave my wife a list of exactly what I wanted done and checked on this visit. The third item on the list was to rotate the tires. Instead of reading the list my wife was asked if we wanted the tires rotated. She said she didn't know. Since we had bought the tires at this location the service person told her he would check the milage to see if they should be rotated then told her they didn't need to be rotated. I picked the car up from her and took it on a 1300 mile trip without the rotation I had asked for. Hopefully this was just a one time oversight and we have been back since this already to get an oil change in my wife's car and will probably get her tires here also in the near future. more
