Clean and neat under-sink repair 12/5/2016

Bob Sutherland was the plumber from OCP who arrived to fix my leaking pipe. He was not a serviceman who was known to me, but I will ask for him by name the next time I have a need. He was not only a quality plumber, but he was attentive to and respectful of my home. He took the time to wipe out my sink and under the cupboard. This attention to detail makes a difference to me and is not representative of the actions of all the service team. Beyond this OCP kept me on their list and got someone to me half a day earlier than expected. Thank you all around! more

Our serviceman, Ed was right on time, was personable and efficient, and we were very satisfied with the service. He gave us an estimate for another job which we will have done in the the new year, and we will certainly request him again. more

Way too expensive 11/28/2016

The estimate they gave was for three items. Replace a disposal, install a faucet I had already purchased and change a cartridge on a leaky faucet. The estimate he gave was over $1000. I sent him away and had USA heating and plumbing do the work for roughly half the price. more

I always choose Oak Creek Plumbing because I trust the work they to. They are most accommodating in regard to scheduling. The work is always done well, quickly, and they always clean up after the work is completed. I like dealing with a contractor who knows what he is doing and Oak Creek does. It may be a little more expensive, but in the long run well work the money. more

Oak Creek Plumbing have been very prompt. They have had emergency service available and their plumbers have been experienced and pleasant and efficient in taking care of my problems. I've used them for several years and I've always been satisfied. The only thing is that plumbers are not inexpensive and they are no exception but that's life. more

The people who work over at Oak Creek Plumbing are incredible and they really made this whole process very smooth and easy for me. From start to finish they were there to help me and they were more than willing to answer all of my questions. They worked with me to find the perfect materials and the end result of that help was amazing. I would recommend them in a heartbeat because the work they did on my kitchen was worth a lifetime of recommendations. more

Jamie was fun to work with and did not pressure us to buy more than what we wanted. Workers were great, fast, and neat. They patiently answered all my questions as work went on even if they didn't pertain to the bathroom work. They even made friends with the new puppy to the point that she was looking for their arrival everyday. more
