First I had to stand there for about 5 min. before getting helped and then when someone finally did come they barely new what they were doing. After way overcharging me for a battery I still was left putting in my car which I needed tools for when I asked if they could help they said no which is bogus because my friend who used to work helped people all the time with that stuff. So in the end I still had to get it towed to a garage down the street and they told me that I could have bought the battery way cheaper from them.
