service was poor, the serving sizes were not up to par with most other similarly priced restaurants and the rolls were too soft and lacked any flavor beside the butter. more

Love this place 7/30/2006

Unfortunately we don't have O'Charleys on the East Coast, but I always make sure to stop in when I visit my hometown. Why O'Charley's is the best: 1. Offers Diet Mountain Dew and Diet Dr. Pepper in addition to Diet Coke. Thank you for acknowledging that many people like diet soda and want something other than cola! 2. The rolls. Mmm. Soft, warm, and unlimited! 3. The side salads. Large, with lots of toppings. 4. The Sunday prime rib. So good! 5. The loaded potato soup. Delicious! 6. The service. Almost always friendly and fast. more

Decent, but I don't understand the hype 4/13/2006

We have 2 O'Charley's restaurants in town and both are always packed. The service is usually ok. I find the menu to be a little over priced for what it is. The rolls are really good. The salad is usually wilty and flavorless and I think they have way too much fried food on their menu. They are attempting to be like an upscale Applebee's or something like that. I can't ever understand why they are always packed. Save your money and go elsewhere. more
