They made an appointment for 8 am since 6/4/2013

They made an appointment for 8 am since our ac had gone out the night before and they were booked for the evening. 8 came and went finally we called the office at 9 and they said they were running behind. Called again at 10:30 and another excuse finally at 12:30 when no one showed or called we canceled our appointment. We understand its 100 degrees out but a phone called would of been nice . more

Reasonable Rates and Quick Service 12/6/2010

In checking around for A/C service, I found Number One had the best rates. They also had quick service; came out the same day to give an estimate. Were able to start the next day. Very easy company to deal with and we were very happy with the service and the price. Thanks Number One! more

could not be happier with the service 11/22/2010

as far as plumbing jobs go i think that was the least stressful and certainly the best value for money i have dealt with. The plumber was in my house over the course of 2 days and was very well mannered and cleaned up thoroughly after each visit. more

super quick! 11/19/2010

My 5 year old heater broke last night. It needed 3 parts. 2 were in stock, the third was ordered and came in the same day. Prices were cheaper than on-line suppliers (and no wait). I really couldnt ask for a better service. more

Boiler repair 11/18/2010

The engineer came to my house quickly after my call. The boiler was not only repaired on time but also fully checked. He was very professional and good at what he does and it showed in his very neat piece of work. Very pleased about the service. I would definitely recommend Number One services. more

Really happy as I have been really fed up with other companies who supposedly fixed a leak in our flooring, to only find it reoccuring. Number One fixed the problem with 2 visits and minimal fuss and mess! I found them extremely tidy, fast and methodical in their work. Best of all they were really cheap compared to all the other companies, which in this climate matters. more

Quickest Service in Vegas Area! 11/18/2010

I needed my a/c fixed - I called on a Thursday morning and they had everything fixed before the start of the weekend. I was surprised at how timely they responded to my call, and how reasonable their rates are. more

very happy with the service i received 11/17/2010

our air conditioning unit sprung a leak and needed to be fixed right away as it was causing our new wooden floor to swell. Number One lived up to their name and were at my house fixing the problem in a few hours. All the other places i called charged a premium for such a quick call out but not with Number One. more
