Todd, like your place and all of your people. Fair price, too. However, having to wait around an hour and a half for a part to be delivered from Day's Chevy (just 2 or 3 miles away), is not good business. Could have been out of there in under an hour if you would have had one of your guys take 15 minutes to run down there and get the part. more

I was referred to NTW/ Todd a few years ago. A good mechanic that you can completely trust is hard to find. That is exactly what Todd is. He always goes above and beyond, and he looks for the most affordable way to fix your vehicle, while using quality products. You can be sure he will NEVER say something needs to be fixed when it does not. He is honest - which in this industry, especially as a woman, is rare. more

State emissions test said I needed a lot of work done but NTW did it with only a minor repair. Thanks NTW for keeping it honest. more
