The shop actually moved to 4307 Amboy Rd. in eltingville. They are above a car store on the corner of amboy and armstrong. Best piercer on the island. I have known him for 10+ years so i might be a bit biased but i wouldn't trust anyone else but him. Echo is a true tattoo artist that draws everything he does. He does everything extremely well and he is quick. Award winning tattoo artist. The shop doesn't smell like cigarettes which is a plus for me cause im deathly allergic. I have visited a lot of other shops on staten island during my time there and most of them were cluttered and dark. Now or Never is by far the cleanest shop i have ever been to. I recommend this shop to everyone i know and even people i don't know. more

Marquesan neck tattoo 3/11/2012

This tattoo hurt like hell. But overall I was pleased. Echo took his time and was very patient with me until we agreed on a design I was satisfied with. I love my tattoo, & I can honestly say nobody else has this, cause this wasn't a picture on the wall, he created this. And that's what a real artist does. Create not copy. more
