I had an absolute wonderful experience with Don and Norwest Exteriors. From the inspection report for my Seller’s home the Buyer wanted an item on the roof repaired. I call Don at North West and just asked him if he could give me an estimate of how much the repair would be and the time frame in which he could do it. Don said that he would get to the home and give me an idea within two hours. So not only did Don get to the home in a timely manner he also did the repair at the same time not knowing whether or not he would be paid for the work he preformed. To me that was above and beyond my expectation. The charge was extremely reasonable and included a five year roof certification. I wouldn’t hesitate for a minute to use Don and North West again as he provided excellent customer service and did a great job.\r \r Michael L. Don was great to work with and made replacing the roof on my rental a breeze. It looks great and they were good enough to work around my renters schedule to make it as easy on them as possible. Will definitely be calling them again for future roof work. more

Northwest Roofing finished my roof and did an excellent job. The contractor Mark was an excellent help. He was there with the adjuster and that made a world of difference I am sure. He was completely on time, and pleasant. I couldn't believe how quickly this all went and I am very pleased. Would highly recommend this company, as well as Northwest Exteriors. Thanks guys. Northwest Roofing replaced the roof on our rental house last fall. Richard Shock was extremely helpful. He answered all of our questions and took care great care of us. The referrals he provided for skylight replacement and painting were both excellent as well. Northwest Roofing dealt directly with our insurance and kept us informed throughout the process. We will certainly use Northwest Roofing again when the inevitable Colorado hail hits. more

iN OCTOBER....BURRRR.. My refinance officer decided i needed my roof looked at before my loan could go through. Bill responded immediately. He met with the insurance roof specialist. It was decided i only needed a partial roof. Bill had his team start and finish the same day, It was fantastic all done before the refinance loan deadline. The team was courteous and fast, and I would definitely use North West Roofing again if the need arises more

Mac is a very kind man and does his best to work with you and your insurance company.....regardless of the struggles and hurdles......office are very personable and understanding of all the frustrations as well when working with a not so perfect situation.\r Crew were diligent and very kind and considerate and worked diligently to get the job done and timely. Also small mishap with loading the shingles and damage was immediately taken care of and Mac handled it all. Thank you. Local company that has been around for a long time....should be proud to maintain a well know reputation. \r thanks again. more

We had the greatest experience with North West Exteriors, not only did they upgrade our roof tiles at no charge, they were done by 3:00 PM the day they started!\r Mac with the Carrigan team walked us through the entire project a few days before so we knew what to expect. The work crew was courteous and did a fantastic job of cleaning up. I have recommended them to friends and family and they have had nothing but great things to say about them as well. Our new roof looks awesome and we have gotten tons of compliments from our neighbors. Thank you North West Exteriors!\r more

When our house got hail damage last summer, one of our friends indicated North West Exteriors, which they have worked with in the past and were very satisfied with. We worked with Don Nichols, who was very friendly and helpful. The process was very smooth and the guys that came to replace the roof worked very quickly. They also cleaned up pretty well after themselves. We love our new roof and would highly recommend North West Exteriors to friends and family!! more

I would recommend NW Roofing (exteriors) to anyone. Actually I already have. \r They (Don Nichols) was professional, knowledgeable and honest. What ever he told me would happen, happened. Even though I have a smaller house, the roof was removed and replaced in the same day. These guys know what they are doing and of course the county inspectors review went off without a hitch. \r Highly recommend, especially since they deal directly with the insurance company.\r more

I worked with Don Nichols at North-West Exteriors on replacement of my house's roof and other related repairs from the spring 2012 hail storm in Littleton CO. Don was exceptional from start to finish - friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout every stage of the process. I would highly recommend North-West, and Don especially, to anyone!\r They did an amazing job - when I got home from work that day, I had a brand new roof and there wasn't a trace that anything had happened (besides the new roof that is) - they left my property immaculate. And even before I got home, Don sent me a text message with pictures of my new roof! more
