I see that this place has a 5 star rating from everyone. Thats fine, great, cool. I dont know how many people started their journy to NWMS online but I did, and let me tell you. I started by sending an email to NWMS via autotrader for a truck they had on their lot that I liked. I sent an offer. He replyed back a day later giving me what looked like an automated response asking for my phone number and they wanted to call me. I told them I didnt have a phone at the time (which is true) and I would only be able to email for a few days. After that I didnt hear back from the person at all. So I go to their web site, send them another email about the truck 1 week later, after not hearing from anyone. I get a little different response saying they sent me info and was curious if I had received it. Which I hadnt. So I email them another offer early one morning and even add my new phone #. About 6 hours pass and I still didnt hear a word from them. Now you might think thats not that long, well considering that A dealership across the road from them would send me an email response to all my questions within minutes, 6 hours for a response is a long time. So I tell them if they dont want my buisness then tell me and to stop waisting my time. Needless to say, they never emailed me back. Go figure. Well maybe Im the only one that didnt receive quality customer service, I dont know. Maybe they were super busy and some reason their computers crashed. I dont know. But In my opinion, it shouldnt take 1 week to get a response back. more

My husband and I have been searching for a new truck for what seems like weeks now. We drove pretty far out of our way to see the selection at Northwest Motor Sports. We were not disappointed. The sales guy we were working with was awesome; he really did care about our finances and finding us the perfect truck. We drove off the lot that day with our new 2005 Chevy Silverado. more

My boyfriend and I recently bought the coolest truck I have ever seen from Northwest Motor. I may be biased thinking it is so cool, because it is ours, either way it is awesome! We got a great deal on a 1999 F-250, which has surprisingly low mileage. They also lifted it for us there too. We love the truck and could not thank North West enough for being so helpful when we bought it. more

I went in to Northwest having just been abused by two other big dealerships. Northwest was the last stop on my list, and I almost didn't make the trip. I'm glad I did. What a refreshing change from the other two! They actually asked me what I wanted, took the time to go over the car. The deal was right, and they took the time to really help me. more

The first time I brought my Silverado in here for service was about two years back, and found the dealership to be totally fine. I had to have the scheduled maintenance done (first oil change at 10,000!) The folks were friendly, quick, and did their best to get me out of the place so I could go to my job on time. more

Just bought a truck from Northwest Motorsport, where we received excellent and attentive customer service. They appear to have competitive pricing on all vehicles too. The buying process was pretty painless and fast. Our salesman, followed up with us after our purchase as well, which was much appreciated. more
