This company is run by vindictive people who have zero customer service. I have found another driving school in the same area that offers $105 less then NW driving school and it takes up less of your time. I tried to cancel with them due to military obligations and they still took $50.00 from me and also sent me a refund check that bounced. \r
I highly recommend you do not use this company.
