Why do I keep going back to Northshore Automotive year after year? It's partly the fact that the facility has the highest rating, and their Technicians are Certified. It's partly the fact that they are honest--and will tell you what you don't need done as often as what you do need. But what really jumps out at me is how they go the extra mile on a personal level. Whether it's same day service or a ride home when I really needed it, I know I can count on them. In short, they care about their customers. That is what customer service is all about.
