I've been waiting to write this review for months, hoping that Northern Oak would come through with our yard but its finally come to this. We really liked Steve from Northern Oak when we first met him, and were really excited with what he was proposing, and the cost was within our budget. That's where the happy times end. We hired Northern Oak to do a spring cleanup, a garden clean up and a new garden fence (for a very small garden), and a few extra plants. The initial clean up went well, although we were charged an extra couple hundred bucks for extra labor??!! The process of getting the new bushes and finishing the garden took TWO MONTHS! We called almost daily to see what was going on only to get the voice mail everyday. The garden is a disaster and the fence is an absolute joke. There is no doubt in my mind that this went unsupervised and was probably a couple of kids throwing a ridiculous looking fence up in record time. We finally just got the THREE plants that we ordered in April. We feel totally duped from this company. The work is basically a joke, we were overcharged, and we couldn't get anyone on the phone for weeks at a time. Look elsewhere!!!
