Deck or Porch - Repair 6/11/2010

Derek was extremely professional, he showed up with cards, brochures, and a picture portfolio of his work. His follow up was the best I've ever experienced and he actually started the job 4 days early and finished right on time. His work was exceptional and they even went out of their way to fix a gutter that had broken and a plumbing issue in the bathroom I was having. My balcony looks fantastic and will not only hire them again, but will send everyone I know their way. You cannot get a better team, Northeastern is the very best!! more

Gutters & Downspouts - Clean 5/31/2010

Northeastern Remodeling was very professional, I needed my gutters cleaned quickly and guards put up; Derek left a written quote at my house the same day I called him and he was able to do the job a couple days later. He and his worker were very efficient, polite and got the job done and more. Will definitely use Northeastern Remolding in the future and have already recommended to a friend. more

Inspection - General Home (Home Inspector) 4/18/2010

I contacted Derek to look at our furnace and hot water heater after a flood. Upon learning that he also did home additions I consulted with him about a second floor. Derek gave me an estimate for the project and then proceeded to talk me out of spending the $100,000. He felt that for my neighborhood, all single story ranches, we would never make a return on our investment. Instead we came up with a plan to remodel my bathroom, kitchen, & basement plumbing. I feel that a contractor who would talk you out of spending $100,000 for a MUCH LESS profitable project is rare in this day and age. Hes gained my trust and I would recommend him. more

I hired Northeastern Remodeling based on my meetings with the owner Derek Smith. He was very friendly, professional, and extreemly detailed in explaining step by step what goes into the project. I hired Derek to do some work on my bathroom. Derek and his crew were friendly, and proffesional. The job came out excellent, was done at a fair cost, and was completed in a timely manor. When complete Derek took me through a walk through and made sure I was completly satisfied. They made sure everything in the bathroom and house was left spotless. I would highly recommend Derek Smith of Northeastern Remodeling to any one in need of remodeling! more

I was very pleased with Northeastern Remodeling. The staff was extreemly friendly and I felt very comfortable with them around my family. I was very happy with the work that was completed. The job came out beautifal, and was completed in a timely manor. The price was very competative. The owner Derek Smith of Northeastern Remodeling was extreemly professional and made sure I was satisfied with all the work completed. Once the job was completed all work areas were cleaned up and my house was left exactly the way it was when they started. I would highly recomend them to anyone looking for a good company or contractor! more

Bathroom - Remodel 10/24/2008

The work they performed was done well. The problem that i had was the fact that they left a mess after the job was complete. I had to call the owner in order to get my new bathroom clean. Also, they left trash in my garage and a mess in my back yard. There were tile pieces from where they were cutting tile and my hose was left in the back yard. There were also cigarette butts left in my back yard. After having them come back to clean I still found cigarette butts in my lawn. Not very professional in my opinion. Like I said before, the work was done well. The other problems would deter me from recommending to them to a friend. more

Bathroom - Remodel 10/8/2008

The job came of very good. They were very fair in addressing the costs of the unknowns and issue are arise during the project. They made recommendations during the project that improved the end result. Very conscious about being in my home; daily cleanup, polite, my family was conformable with them around. We will have them back for more work. more
