Northeast Pizza

HORRIBLE SERVICE, CRAPPY FOOD. This place CONSTANTLY SCREWS UP orders. This last time broke the camels back. The last delivery I got was missing items, STONE COLD, and two items were WRONG. When I called, I was told a manager would call back. Never did. I waited until the next day. She said we tried to call you...yeah, and hour and a half later, after I had gone to bed. They refuse to reverse the charge; so now I have to dispute it. STEER CLEAR! Go a few miles into Warren, and try TOWN PIZZA. Their pizza is actually GOOD. Northeast pizza doesn't even cook their french fries all the way through. 3 times out of 4, they will be raw. The last sub I got, which was WRONG, has 2 pieces of cheese, 3 slices of tomato and a bunch of Jalapenos. Nasty. The pizza tastes like cardboard. The service IS ROTTEN.. AVOID THIS PLACE! more

The only thing negative about Northeast Pizza in West Brookfield is that the place is rather narrow and small inside. Other than that, I have NEVER had pizza like theirs before! Their prices are fantastic, and you get more than you pay for. The cheese pizzas are so drowned in cheese that ordering extra cheese is not needed and would be asking for a heart attack. They do not skimp on toppings, either. A large pizza is LARGE, not the medium-size they try to pass on you at Papa Gino's as a large. Their subs are fantastic, their salads big and hearty, and the employees are busy as bees but pleasant. I HIGHLY recommend this pizza joint. You won't be disappointed!!! Service is pretty good, nice, fast. When you say 'small pizza' boy, do they give you small pizza!! They don't have mediums, only small and large I belive. the larges aren't huge but they are kind of like mediums. They are usually pretty good, but not always. I do advise people to try it out someday. Cool place just to sit down, enjoy some pizza and watch the game. Pros: Fast, good, hot pizza Cons: very small when you say small. no medium. more
