Northeast Gold Recycling

I've been dealing with North East Gold Recycling for a couple of years now. I had gone to a gold part and that was very productive. I was quite amazed the amount of money I got from the little things that I had, in terms of gold. They were always really nice when I've gone to them in the past few months whether it's to exchange things or take stones out of certain pieces. They're just nice, personable, friendly, and quiet. more

A friend and neighbor had Inna from North East Gold Recycling at a party. I didn't get there, but I gave some jewelry I had that I didn't care to keep to my friend and I ended up getting much more value for it than I thought that I would. Other people who attended the party or who had given this friend their unwanted jewelry had the same experience. When I wanted to sell some things this year, I called and arranged to go to their office in Brookline. My only hesitation was that my original date to go down there was at a time when no one was going to be at office. I spoke to an assistant, but the assistant was not there when I got there and no one was in the office. So I called the office number and Inna's number and waited for a while and then gave up. It was a distance for me to travel, so I was a little disappointed. Inna called me that evening and apologized profusely for that mix up. The next appointment I had, I went down and the assistant was there. She went through everything quickly and professionally. She explained what she was doing as she went. It was a very interesting process and it was very quickly done. I was very happy with the money I got from that. There were some pieces she didn't take, but took photographs of so that Inna could decide if she wanted to sell them at a consignment shop. Except for that one mix up with the times, everything went very smoothly and I was very happy with the whole process. To me it's just interesting: the whole fact that the silver pieces, for example, are paid for by weight and that those things can either be resold or melted down and reclaimed. There are a wide variety of things that they will handle and recycle or resell. It's good way to get rid of things you're not using and don't need and get money for them. I like that they go back into the mix instead of getting thrown out. more

I've used North East Gold Recycling a couple of times. They're very good, friendly, make you feel comfortable, and are pretty easy. They purchased gold from me. Give them try, I thought they were good. more

North East Gold Recycling gave good service. I asked for more than what they offered. They looked it up on the computer and I ended up settling. The day I went in, gold had gone down, apparently...I'm guessing. I'm going to assume they weren't lying to me to get an extra buck out of me. They appeared to be telling the truth. I would tell others that they negotiate and they seem more willing to actually give you what they're looking for if it's reasonable and they're very friendly. more

I went into North East Gold Recycling to get rid of some scrap gold and silver. She weighed it up and took care of me. She said that she was interested in antique jewelry. She was accommodating and looked at anything I had. I was a little disappointed in what I came away with, but overall it was a fairly positive experience. She made it easiest as possible. more

I brought all kinds of estate jewelry to North East Gold Recycling to sell. Inna was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She took a look at everything I had and she was very generous. I later took my sister there to sell some of her pieces. Inna is very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend her. more

They are very good people at North East Gold Recycling. I have been there at least 6 times. I do clean-outs where I end up with jewelry and other things. I take them to Inna and she takes care of me very well. They weigh it in front of you. It is cut and dry, with no fuss. more

I buy a lot of silver bullion from them, and I've compared a lot of places and they have the best value as far as buying and selling that I've found. They are great people and have great customer service. My daughter is handicap and she had an episode in the store and the staff was more than accommodating to us. Inna from North East Gold Recycling is really nice and goes out of her way to provide great customer service. It's a great location. I got there early, and instead of making me wait, Inna took me early, which was really nice of her. She paid top dollar, and was a very easy person to deal with.
