Sports Medicine
The Ready to Play program is designed to benefit the physically active lifestyle. We are committed to providing the highest standard of sports medicine rehabilitation services to a variety of active individuals. From athletes at the professional, college, and high school levels to weekend warriors, our goal is to enhance performance, prevent injuries and return patients to their sports and active lifestyles in a safe and efficient manner.
Outreach Services:
Certified athletic trainers provide sports medicine coverage at area high school and college games and practices and during community events.
Injury Prevention:
Athletic trainers, exercise physiologists and physical therapists coordinate sport-specific strength and conditioning programs for injured athletes. Certified athletic trainers also provide access to programs that enhance performance and help prevent injuries specifically in the female athlete.
Educational Services:
Our staff provides sport safety training classes which include First Aid and CPR certification to area coaches. They also serve as sports medicine contacts for area coaches and athletes for problems or questions.
Athletic Injury Consultation:
Our certified athletic trainers provide free sports injury consultations to the community at our clinic.
Athletic Injury Bracing and Fitting:
Our staff can help to ensure proper fitting of athletic braces.
Clinical Rehabilitation:
Athletic trainers and physical therapists provide sports medicine rehabilitation services in one of our clinic locations using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques, including aquatic therapy.
Isokinetic Testing:
Our athletic trainers and physical therapists provide isokinetic testing to ensure patients safely return to work or play.
