Northstar Storage delivered a mobile storage unit to my home a few months ago. The Northstar moving guys helped me load my stuff into this portable storage unit (which took them about 15 minuets!!!), and they drove the storage unit to the Northstar warehouse in Chatsworth. Then, when I was ready to move to my new home in Sherman Oaks, I called Northstar again. They delivered the portable storage unit from their Chatsworth warehouse to the drive way of my new home. They told me they can leave the storage unit in front of my home for a few days and I can empty it myself, or they offered to help me empty the unit with the Northstar moving guys again. The choice was simple: of course I asked for the help of the professional movers (which again, loaded everything I had in the mobile storage unit into my garage in less than 15 minuets this time). The whole experience was incredibly convenient, and unbelievably inexpensive.
I couldn?t t be happier, it truly was the most convenient storage experience I ever had. Everyone that I dealt with was nice and friendly. It is refreshing to see a company where everyone is so concern about customer service. And as far as the cost: it was just plain cheap! I usually don?t go with the cheapest price, but compared to other companies I had a good feeling about using Northstar. They were just the nicest to deal with on the phone when I was calling around for storage rent prices. So I went with them, even though they had the cheapest storage prices. I wasn?t sorry: my portable storage unit cost me $52.50 per month to store in their warehouse, and it only cost me $50.00 to have it delivered to my house. I know that I saved a lot of money on the rent with them, but and also for the fact I didn?t have to go rent a truck. It was just a good moving and storage experience. I love this company, they are the best storage in Los Angeles!
