I have been very please with North Tyler Veterinary Clinic, it is easy to get into see the doctor. Doctors are good, friendly, and most of all VERY REASONABLE PRICES. I will continue to use them. more

While it is a very busy, and sometimes hectic, clinic - North Tyler Vet Clinic has two very caring veterinarians. Due to the large volume of pets and large animals seen they are very much focused on the business at hand, so your ability to be concise with your concerns/questions/needs will be met with the proper steps and a brief explanation of what is going on and what needs to take place. Our experiences in the waiting room have been pleasant and their attention to keeping the area clean, particularly when an animal is brought in with suspected parvovirus, and that the time spent waiting can be spent visiting with other pet lovers. We have had to choose euthanasia for some of our elderly or sick animals and Marcus Alexander has been very compassionate. Dr. Williams may initially come off as gruff, but he is a softy once you get to know him. We have used this clinic for almost 20 years and will continue to take our business and loved ones there. I used to take my dog to this clinic but I no longer will. Dr Alexander is very short with people and does not do such a thorough job. He talks like a know-it-all and talks down to people. Not such a warm and friendly atmosphere and the wait time is long. The waiting area had clumps of dog hair everywhere. There's no ability to schedule appointments so things get chaotic and by the time you're called back, you're not getting quality and thorough care for your animals. Bad choice!!!!! more
