Glenn at North Star is extremely talented and dared to do what no other stylist would. I've always been told to stick with a certain style because of thin hair, shape of face, etc., but he listened to me and encouraged me to try something I've been wanting to for a long time. The result was awesome, I am very pleased and can't imagine going to anyone else. He gave me an excellent cut that is easy to style, and my thin hair now has body and height. Pros: Glenn works there, wonderful customer service Cons: Not one more

Visible Changes Rocks 7/6/2010

Mary is a great haircutter and stylist-I had long hair for years and she cut it in a such a way that even I can style it! Jamie is the one who colors my hiar and she does an awesome job every time. I have NEVER had a bad experience at VC in Northstar Mall or La Cantera-been a loyal customer for almost 16 years. more

GO TO ANALISA FOR COLOR AND VERO FOR A CUT!!!! 6/10/2010

i first went to analisa when she was at la cantera mall and i loved the color she did, then she moved to the north star mall location and i couldnt be happier the highlights she did on me are beautiful, she always has my best interest for my hair rather than seeing me as just a dollar sign, she always informs me about new products to keep my hair looking beautiful.......and when i got my haircut with vero she did an amazing job when i told her not to cut too much she listened and also informed me on all the right products for my hair i will be definately seeing vero again when i go back for analisa :) Pros: both very friendly and informative Cons: nothing! more

You have to get a great haircut ask for Elena and for highlight and color ask for Melissa; they are wonderful they listen to what you want done and deliver with great results; I am so glad I found them. They are both wonderful people and know their job very well. Pros: excellent staff more

Not very many guys can say they get there hair cut at a salon!!! but im always letting people know where i get my hair cut, i been going to V.C. @ N.Star for a lil over three years and get my hair cut there every week because of the great enviorment and wonderful stylist they have there Keep up the GOOD work. Prissy is the best. 5/1/2010

Prissy is a very good hairstylist. Whatever your hair request is, she knows Exactly what you want. She lets you know what she's doin to your hair if you're not too familiar with her work. She makes you feel so comfortable as soon as she greets you. She lets you know what products will work on your hair or which ones' don't. I am a very picky person when it comes to someone cutting my hair but I trust Prissy to work her magic while cutting and styling my hair. Pros: The salon is beautiful and very well kept. Cons: There aren't enough nice, professional employees elsewhere. more

Prissy gets my haircut just the way I like it! Trust me, I've been to other hairstylists in the past until one day I gave visible changes a try. Ever since then, I only let Prissy cut my hair! She takes her time to find out what exactly you want, and HOW you want your hair style to be cut. This woman is a artist with hair, I wish she had a clone, so I can put her in a jar and take her with me if I move from san antonio. This girl would totally show your hair how to look super awesome. I trust her so much with my hair that one time I literally passed out after a long day at school. I tell all my friends to go with her, trust me! she wont dissappoint you! <3 more

Amanda Mounce should cut your hair! 2/27/2010

I'm a guy and will admit, I went by looks when I first asked to have Amanda cut my hair...but I found out she is way more than a pretty face! I have gone to her for my last 4 haircuts and plan on continuing because of her attention to detail. My hair sticks up in certain places and she takes the time to blend it perfectly. I have been going to Visible Changes for years. I get my hair highlighted every 2 months and have been using Claudia for the past year. It always looks great! I have never had a problem with any stylist, even when I have to use a different Visible Changes when traveling. Thanks!! more
