“GREAT COMPANY! I have a customer with Liftmaster door openers. We installed new LED landscape lights for them and soon were told that the doors would not work at night with the remote. Thier garage door technician told them that the security alarm or LED's were causing the problem. Deduction proved that it was the LED lamps. I contacted Liftmaster and was told which recivers and transmitters we would need to purchase. I found the best pricing at North Shore Commercial Door. I was a little nervous ordering after reading some negetive reviews but decided to take a chance and ordered the parts. I recived parts in a timely fashion but the install attempt did not fix the problem. After talking to the factory again they said we needed new logic boards too. I called North Shore and they told me we DID NOT need logic boards, we just need to follow the instructions and to try again. \r We read, we programed and they worked, WE ARE GOLDEN!!!""\r \r Returns? - you just got to read thier policy.\r Phone orders? - it was not a problem! more

Tried to place order over the phone because of the urgency of the situation. CS told me that I had to place my order on line. Tried to explain that this item needed to go Red, he insisted that order be placed on line. Went on line and placed order, confirmed next day air. Checked this morning and could not find tracking #. Called got same CS and was informed that it PROBABLY would go out today. Said it was too late yesterday to go, North Shore confirmed back at 13:57 their time. CS could have cared less that product did not go. Very poor attitude, absolutely no customer concern, nothing. Any one doing business with these clowns needs to beware. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Will find every avenue I can to express my displeasure with this company. more
