I paid this company $335. to correct the problem of water coming out of the water heater overflow. Whatever they did did not work and I called them back. This time they did something else but it still didn't work. The third time they came out they blamed it on the city saying the city had put in a new meter and they should have sent me a letter informing me I now needed a $250. item for my water heater. Called the city out and they had not put in a new meter and nothing to do with the problem but they did call this company and told them how to correct the problem. This company is now refusing to fix the problem and they are telling me I just want it ""fixed for free"". No, I do not want it fixed for freee but I do want them to fix it. The bottom line is I PAID THIS COMPANY $335. TO FIX A PROBLEM WHICH THEY DID NOT FIX AND ARE NOW REFUSING TO FIX IT THE CORRECT WAY!!! Furthermore, I sent a certified letter to the address they have listed in Toccoa but it came back marked ""No such address"". I sent an e-mail to the address they have listed with no response. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THAT LISTS A PHYSICAL ADDRESS THAT IS NOT VALID AND WHOSE ADS STATE THEY GUARANTEE THEIR WORK - BUT THEY DO NOT ABIDE BY THEIR GUARANTEE! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! more

North ga plumbing all i can say about them is that that know what they are doing they are very polite and do exactly what they are going to the give a upfront price and tell you exactly whats going to be done and there is no hasle to get them out to help with your proble i would make sure everyone i know knows how very good tehr services are more

I called with a sewage problem, I could not flush and my drains were not going down, they sent the first available crew out (1 hr 15 min wait) to assist me with my stinky problem. The nice young men told me what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix it properly, I asked if they took VISA and they do, I asked when they could get started on it...right now ma'am, they replied.They made a call, started working, another crew arrived with more parts and helped complete my repair, cleaned up any mess that was made and I was flushing and draining successfully again. A bunch of very nice and professional young men. I will use them again if I ever need a plumber for anything in the future. Pros: fast friendly and thorough more
