I had to start using this facility after my Doctor moved, they are the most unorganized and rude facility I have ever been to. Unable to get your maintenance prescriptions correct, plus they want you in every 30 days or you will not get refills. Instead of checking records( which they have) they want you to bring everything to every doctor visit. I have been taking several maintenance drugs for asthma , high blood pressure, and anxiety for years, in the last year since this company took over it has been nothing but one screw up after another. I have tried so hard to straighten things out, but then comes the arrogant rudeness. Never use these people, they are definately unorganized to say the least and then want to place blame elsewhere!! This is directed at the Ringgold office, but I have also experienced difficulties at the Summerville office also!
