NDAC has been our family vet for years. I still remember Mike Scott putting my first horse down when it was her time. Lori Scott specializes in small animals. Obviously they are a husband and wife team.
My mother owned a tack and saddlery store when I was younger and I showed in both 4-H and Stockshow events. Needless to say the Scotts are highly regarded in that community.
After moving away after high school I went through probably five different vets in six years. When I moved back I went straight back to NDAC.
NDAC has gone above and beyond a normal vet. Lori even went as far as calling in a few favors when our dog needed an $8000 surgery. I know I can call them about anything and I know that no matter what happens they will work it out with us. They've never given us a wrong diagnosis and they truly care about the animals. Our oldest dog loves the vet. They don't charge ""vet hospital"" prices and you will always get honest advice without the flutter and mark up of larger vets.
Trust me on this. We've got 7 pets and usually see Lori once a month. I'll never go anywhere else. When my husbands company transfers us to the Springs we've already decided that we will commute to NDAC when we need a vet.
I only wish I could find a personal doctor as good as they are with animals.
