This agency must be losing biz left and right. The woman in charge of auto tags is ignorant and arrogant, has no customer service disposition, and so does her just as ignorant aid...

But even before you get to talk(if you can at all) to anyone, you have to overcome their stupid answering machine. It was set up to anny rather than help. more

When you call there are several menus you are talked through which takes some time. When you make a selection you hear "good bye" and it hangs up. That is not service oriented. more

the only tag agency open on saturday until the evening 10/14/2005

North Dade Auto Tag Agency is the only tag agency open on saturdays until the evening, there is no other that is open on saturdays that late. Most tag agencies are even close on saturdays. But like all the tag agnecies, this one too only accepts cash, so bring cash with you for your transactions. There is an ATM inside if you forget to bring cash, but dont forget the ATM charges commissions. more
