The whole procedure left me with a very good feeling 6/8/2011

I certainly enjoyed dealing with Sheila during the purchase of my new La Crosse. I found her helpful and very pleasant to deal with and she went to a great deal of trouble to prove that an offer from another sealer was not what it seemed at face value. The whole procedure left me with a very good feeling about North County Buick. more

I purchased a 2011 from Lisa and Sheila at North County Buick Cadillac GMC in Dec., 2010. They had my specifications, and within 1 day, they had located the exact vehicle for me. I picked it up the following day, and had a wonderful experience with completing paperwork, financing, and a """"tour"""" of my car. I would highly recommend Lisa and Sheila to help you with your automobile purchase. more

Brian and his team gave me and my vehicle top priority 5/16/2011

My 2003 GMC Sierra (diesel) developed a problem on a Saturday and had to be towed to the dealership. My young son and I were scheduled to leave on a trip the next Monday morning. Brian and his team gave me and my vehicle top priority. Although there wasn't a diesel tech on duty that day, they were able to diagnose and fix the problem by 2pm that day, and my son and I were able to make the trip. more

Kip and his manager was able to make a deal with me 5/11/2011

Kip was my sales person when I came "not" to trade in my 2008 Kia Sorento. I only came to get my oil changed and see what was possible if I were to trade up to a 2011. Well Kip and his manager was able to make a deal with me. And now I'm the proud owner of a beautiful Ebony Black 2011 Sorento. All thanks to Kip and his wonderful personality. more

Mr. C. Donahue and Ms. Robin of North County Kia Escondido were quite professional and effiecient in assisting me to purchase my 2011 KIA! They had my paperwork/financing complete in less than 7days, I was so suprised and pleased. The entire North County team gave me VIP service and assistance. I brought in my 2500hd duramax diesel for transmission repairs, service was excellent. Starting with service advisor "Hutch" who was on top of everything, and very knowledgeable of this highly uncommon issue on these trucks. I talked to the tech and he too was very knowledgeable and also had exceptional communicatin skills. The final product took some time, but this was because this was a warranty issue and had to be authorized by GM hq; But I know the job was done right, and i was supplied with a GM paid rental car for the duration of my service. more
