North Bergen Best Movers

We had to find the reliable and licensed and insured moving service provider for our last minute move since I had to move for work and I only was given 2 days notice. Now my company gave me a list of preferred local movers in the area to chose from or I could pick my own but I had to pay a percentage if I chose the mover so I went through their given list and called 4 or 5 of moving companies for the moving rates and price quotes. The price quotes were scattered all over the place since they were via internet and phone so. I decided to try 2 local moving companies with very good reputations and asked their customer service offices for a free visual etimates. Both price quotes were similar weightwise but far from one another pricewise. One of them movers quoted me nearly $2500 for my weight and the other quoted me $2900 for almost the exact same weight and packing. I called and chose the movers based on reviews on this site and their Google rating and the fact that they were company approved and it was a paid relocation made the deal a done deal. 2 days later their driver Nick came with 2 other helpers Mike and Sean and they were exceptional. They packed everything wrapped it all up with care and loaded and were finished by the end of the day. I waited until the next day and recieved a call from Josh in their customer service department who was very nice and explained my revised price and I actually owed $200 less than I was quoted. That is the unbelievable part of the entire deal. I found a moving company that was honest enough to tell me my price went down $200. The sweetest part of the move was I requested a delivery 5 days after pick-up and they said they couldn't guarantee it and would do the best they could to accomodate my request. My guys actually showed up in the morning the day I requested. I could not have been more happy with the service I recieved from this company. At first I couldn't believe every positive review on this site was from real people, I now believe they are real because I am proof that there are still some companies out there that believe in honesty, integrity and customer service and satisfaction is the most important part of business. I will definitely recommend this company to colleagues and family members. Great fixed price, low rates, wonderful customer service and communication, personal care and friendly staff, what else do You need from the moving service providers? When I moved to a new place, I used the moving service of North Bergen Movers Moving and Storage company, and it was my first experience moving my furniture with a local mover so I didn't know what to expect. I had heard from some of my friends how many movers are kind and courteous till they take your money and then the work is outsourced to some other company. Well but I had to move so I called the first company that I saw online with a decent number of positive reviews and that was this mover . When I called their Customer Service office they were very friendly and their office manager nice and friendly young lady gave me a price quote that was very accurate. I wasn?t charged extra for anything except $75 for packaging some of my stuff I decided to add. The driver and the movers were at my house on time and my stuff was delivered with no damages and on time. I would be happy to recommend this company to my friends and to anyone planning on moving soon. They packed and wrapped everything with care and the entire move happened to be just a stress-free moving experience! Last month I had to move some of our furniture to a storage and I decided to find the best local movers to avoid the situation when we were overcharged by one so called reputable local moving company. Also a few months back my cousin had a horrible experience with a long distance mover during his interstate move. So I was very skeptical about the moving service providers. After reading the reviews and getting at least 8 different price quotes from $ 390 to $640 I decided to choose this moving company to move my belongings. The moving was smooth and I like to thanks all the guys and their Customer Service for helping me move my belonging safe to my new home. We used to move a lot, and so far these guys were the best. Great service, great price, friendly and reliable staff. Some of my friends have used this moving service company already, my mom used them, and I've used them, and we've all had nothing but good things to say. Always efficient, friendly, and, most importantly, their rates are cheap. more

I really like the level of moving service this company provides. They helped me out so much with a move I could never have done by myself or even with friends. I collect some rare antique furniture, and they took such a care with everything. I was so impressed, the only negative is that they showed up about 15 minutes late...no big deal really. But they were on time to deliver my furniture, they also reassembled my furniture for me for free. Love their service and their accurate estimate price. Their staff was very friendly to me and it was a pleasant and helpful communication with their customer service, the lady was very nice and informative, she explained all the details and rates for packing and moving service. After reading all those good reviews I called them to give them a try - well everything was not perfect like those reviews - one of the movers did not speak english at all and it was very hard to communicate with him - the other mover was very nice and polite but was not professional on the scene , I will not use them again , this is not the best move I had. more
