I called today to set up a new customer exam with xrays and cleaning. The woman who answered the phone seemed un-intersted in my buisness. I asked her if she took my dental insurance, she made no effort what so ever to determine whether or not I would be covered in the clinic. She told me to call my Dental insurance and let HER know if I was covered. Seems to me if they wanted my buisness bad enough they would make that call for me. I called another clinic in the area, they called my insurance company for me, verified coverage, expalianed co pays and deductable. Too bad for Dr. Goodwin, he missed out on a new customer, who, turns out to need some extensive work done!
