She took the time to introduce me to new gum and tooth cleaning tools I could add to my oral hygiene routine. Angie even took the time to show me how to use each and every tool. From the first time I came in to get my jaw checked out till now, my pain has improved so much. I don't get headaches everyday. I do get them once a week still, but other then that I'm really happy with my appliance. I can see a big improvement in my jaw and head. more

Dr. Amy, I can’t thank you enough for the exceptional work you have done for me and for my TMJ diagnosis. Everyone should know that you do much more than just cosmetic dentistry. \r With your knowledge of neuromuscular dentistry, your work relived me from unbelievable pain and jaw dislocation associated with TMJ that I had lived with for years. I only discovered recently, with your help, that I could save myself from the old fashioned cure of surgery on my jaw that would require it to be broken and wired shut for 6 weeks.\r With the appliance that was customized for my jaw, keeping it in its proper place, I am now pain free and without surgery! My jaw no longer dislocates and I have no more migraine like headaches. I wonder how many other people who suffer from migraines and don’t know it is really from their jaws?\r If anyone wants a reference please feel free to give them my information. I am so thrilled with the progress being made on my son's teeth! The improvement we have seen in just 11 weeks is nothing short of miraculous! I brought my teenage son to Dr. Norman this summer hoping to find the right dentist to fit his needs. His situation was a tall order. He needed a lot of corrections to his jaw, palate and teeth. He is very apprehensive about dentists and was refusing to have traditional wire braces as he is a trumpet player. Dr. Norman and the rest of her team were definitely the right fit! She agreed to take his complicated case. In just 11 weeks we have seen great progress and will be in Invisalign braces soon. Every orthodontist I saw wanted to use appliances I previously had as a kid, along with traditional metal braces, and pull 2-4 of my molars. They also predicted a wear time of 2-2 1/2 years. They all told me invisalign would never work on my teeth and to be cautious of anybody who said they could do invisalign on me. After meeting with Dr. Norman and her team the first time and seeing how confident she was that she could fix my teeth, without braces or pulling any teeth, I was sold. After only a year and a half of treatment, ALL of my teeth still in tact, and no bulky appliances I had previously worn, I have the smile of my dreams. I went from being totally discouraged by my smile and by the orthodontists I had met with, to completely happy with my new smile and Dr. Norman's amazing team. Invisalign was virtually pain free, with no ugly wires or rubberbands, and I could see my progress with every new set of aligners. My new smile and experience was easily worth every single penny! more
