They replace my water pump and after 2 years and 38,000 miles it started leaking again. I know they use original parts and I was ready to buy another pump. They replace it for free. His warranty reads 1 year or 12,000 miles. Alan Said a good pump should last more than two years. I paid $00.00. Thanks Norgards. And I agree... A good pump should last more than 2 years :) more

I'd go to Norgard's 8/29/2005

I took my 01 VW Beetle in for the check engine light, the thermostat was out! Their hourly rate is good and they are very thorough, but they won't have your car for weeks and weeks. more
