Quality goods, great service 3/26/2006

Nordstrom is a smallish department store but with great quality clothing and shoes. They specialize in stocking hard-to-find shoe sizes. This Nordstrom is unusual in that its outlet store, The Rack, on the ground floor of the store rather than miles away. I always check the shoe racks for new bargains when I'm in there. Service is consistently excellent and Nordstrom's three floors are spacious and tidy. The Rack is a little more cramped but not as bad as some stores where you can barely squeeze around the displays. more

The Best in Customer Service 12/28/2005

Nordstrom is the best Customer Service retail store in the country. Although the store is generally expensive, it makes up for price with quality and customer service. The sales associates are super friendly and will go out of their way to find you what you're looking for. If they don't have any items in stock, they will even offer to find them and ship them to your door. Returns are never a problem at Nordstrom, even when you lose your receipt. They will look up your purchases for you just from your credit card. Plus there is no time limit for returns! This store rocks! more

Service & Selection 9/23/2005

If you've ever shopped at Nordstrom, you know that they have great service. It still suprises me every time I go in there how friendly and helpful the staff is. What has really suprised me lately is the selection and prices. There are a lot of great clothes at a bargain if you know where to look. I recommend the Brass Plum line. It is youthful and affordable. Shopping at Nordstrom is always a pleasant experience. more
