At first glance,I have to admit I was a bit nervous after seeing the word 'motel' in the Nordic's sign. I was pleasantly relieved once we got our room. Small, yet cozy--with a microwave and refridgerator. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and the TV included free HBO. The lobby offered free wireless, which we did not take advantage of since we didn't bring our laptop. There was also a hot tub which we did not use, but there were people enjoying it everynight. The bus stop was directly across the street which took us everywhere in town, including to the mountain and local shops/restaurants. The manager was extremely helpful and generous. Every recommendation he made turned out to be great; he was always willing to help or offer suggestions. It can seem a little far away from some attractions as it is near the end of the main street (Lincoln Ave), but in the end we saved a lot of money and had a great time! I would definetly return!
