We have been a customer of Norcast for quite some time now and recently moved to a new location. Norcast and their staff were great to work with and handled the move seamlessly. Apparently there was an issue at some point through the process, but it was handled very quickly. Staff were thorough, efficient and prompt. Thank you! more

Excellent internet service in terms of reliability. It has never been down, well maybe twice in 5 years, but certainly not much and it is far superior to the Charter cable we had in SLO that was constantly going down. Not as fast as cable or DSL, but fast enough for most purposes. But I don't use it for streaming video, movies etc, so I am not sure how it would perform for that. I can't comment in support because I haven't needed it, but when I did it seemed OK. Biggest problem is cost. At $200/mo you have to really need this service to make it worthwhile, hence the relatively low rating. Some of us who live out in the country and don't have alternatives to satellite internet are forced to use this service. Hopefully some day we'll have a reasonably priced alternative for home use. more

When I needed 100 percent up-time, and a speedy uncompromised connection to the Internet, I turned to Jeff at Blue Rooster Telecom. We have been a customer for ten years now, and have never experienced even one minute of down-time (except that time we cut the hedge and the phone lines at the same time). If you want professional Internet and phone service, you need not look any further. I always tell my students, "Never buy business services from an entertainment company." Norcast is not an entertainment company; they are an Internet company, like no other. more

It's very rare in this day and age of large companies providing phone and internet service it's rare to find the kind of service that Norcast Telecom provides. If we ever have an issue we get a real person on the phone with a real response and they are all about solving problems and keeping our phone and internet service seamless. I can't say enough about how pleased I am to have Jeff Buckingham and his team on my team more

Our medical group is in 3 cities on the Central Coast. Norcast provides our WAN and telephone services. Their private network allows us to have fast intra-office networks at a price much lower than our earlier provider. Norcast is easy to work with, and they respond quickly and appropriately when we have any issue. I highly recommend them. more

Norcast is an amazing company!! They are beyond competent and their customer service is astounding. When I call in with any question or concern, it is immediately addressed. I have been using both Norcast and Blue Rooster phone and internet services for years. I am very happy that they became one! On the rare instance that there is something wrong with my service I often find myself on the phone with the same reliable support team members, and even the owners of the company on occasion! They react swiftly and efficiently to all of my needs and I would not consider any other provider. Thank you NORCAST!! more
