We love everything about this restaurant! We always get friendly service, it is clean, and best of all, the food is awesome! Much better than Olive Garden down the street! more

I am sick of all of these online reviews because the only time somebody writes a review online is when they are pissed off!! Noodles has won best italian restaurant from northwest arkansas times 8 straight years. So they have to be doing something right. Its probably because they make everything from scratch. Olive garden down the road does have great bread sticks and salad but there pasta dishes come in on a truck frozen and all they do is heat them up. Go to Noodles and try there homemade Artichoke Spinach Pasta (#1 pasta dish in town hands down) or there Jalapeno Lime Chicken and come back and let me know how awesome these dishes are. I guarantee you that you will be satisfied! Eat local! more

I sent the following letter to the mgmt about our experience dining there. I have yet to hear from them.\r \r My family and I ate at your restaurant last night. Last time we ate at your restaurant was before we moved to Washington DC. Noodles was still on College at that time. We liked the decor and ambiance of the new place. We found it very pleasant. However, we were taken aback by the standards of service. Many small things were overlooked that made for a very lackluster dining experience.\r \r My wife is obviously pregnant. She was carrying the various supplies for the two year old toddler I held in my arms. The hostess did not offer to hold my wife's chair for her. Perhaps here in Fayetteville this is a now a norm. I don't know as we don't go out to eat that much since having the child and moving back to AR. We stood at the table as the hostess walked off and servers stood talking. I was a former fan of Noodles. In fact, most special occasions in my family were celebrated there. (birthdays, graduations, even our wedding shower!) When I was pregnant we ate there once a week! We've been there twice since August and things have gone way downhill. So much so that my husband and I refuse to eat there any longer.\r \r The first time, we went on a Saturday night during diner rush and had painfully slow service. Our waitress finally came to get our drink order, then, 25 minutes later, came back for our food order. We noticed the prices had raised since the winter, but weren't too concerned since they had all sorts of healthy options on the menu that were all new! We got our bread and oil 30 some odd minutes later (whereas you used to get it when you sat down!) and our food took almost an hour. Three of us ordered spaghetti and my husband ordered a grilled chicken salad. Our spaghetti noodles weren't cooked well at all, and my husband's salad didn't have any chicken in it! more

We love Noodles! The food is excellent, and the service is always good. If you go during peak hours, be prepared to wait a while for a table. This is a very popular restaurant!! more
