CONSISTENTLY EXCELLENT QUALITY FOR LARGE AND SMALL HOME IMPROVEMENTS 2/23/2016

I have used Tim Warner and his people for numerous projects ranging from constructing a new entranceway to our house to building a large storage closet in our enclosed porch. The work was of high quality, fairly priced and met schedule. As issues arose he promptly communicated by phone and emailed with pictures so any surprises were addressed with a minimum of fuss and delay. He is very polite and courteous and seeks customer satisfaction. I have also used him on several occasions when we have had emergencies in our home and he has been most accommodating even for outside work during difficult winter conditions to help me out. I highly recommend him as a general contractor. more

AN EXTREMELY RELIABLE AND CAPABLE GENERAL CONTRACTOR 2/22/2016

I have used this contractor on many projects at my lakeside summer camp at East Stoner Lake and in my main home in Clifton Park area. I have also referred him to several of my friend sand associates with projects ranging from very small to extremely large structural ones. Based on my personal experience and from feedback on my work referrals his performance has been stellar. Very schedule conscious and highly customer satisfaction focused at fair price. I highly recommend Tim Warner and his workers. more

Poor Service 6/20/2015

Worse contractor I have ever used. Tells you what you want to hear. His help is unqualified for the jobs that he does. Contractor is not reliable, and his help leaves a lot to be desired. Contractor is never on the job, and the help is just as bad. Tells you they are coming and then don't show. different help almost everytime they show up. I wouldn't recommend this contractor at all. TERRIBLE more

THE BEST GENERAL CONTRACTOR I HAVE EVER USED 12/6/2012

I have used this Contactor for several projects small and large at my summer home on East Stoner Lake. The contactor was consistently on time and to schedule and if issues arose immediately made contact which to my experience is unique. The work quality was consistently superb which get several of my neighbors to use him also with rave reviews. Tim Warner is very polite and a pleasure to deal with and his prices are very resonable. more
