Nok Auto Repairs Inc

Nok auto repair is one of the best auto repair shop I've seen. I own a 2004 Toyota Corolla and have been to Nok Auto Repairs about 3 times since there were some issues. These were all taken care by Mike very well and now my car is running line never before...thanks Rohon and Mike. more

The first time I went to NOK Auto Repairs was for a general tune-up. They fixed a lot of things for me and it went pretty well. They also alerted me that my transmission was going bad. I drove it for a little while and then took it in to them to get fixed. After they fixed it the transmission broke again and I had to take it back. However, their customer service has always been good. I am still having a couple of minor issues, but I'm confident that when I address them they will be fine looking at it. I do feel like I've been having to go back a couple of times. However, they are really helpful. They always explain what is going on as give all the information up-front. I have never been blindsided by pricing. They really give quality customer service. more

My engine overheated and we had to get it rebuilt. I took it to NOK Auto Repairs and so far everything is good. It took a long time, two weeks, and that was a little inconvenient. However, Rohon figured out what was wrong and fixed it correctly. He definitely did a good job. I also think that he is very concerned about his customer. I got my car back on a Saturday, and he called me the next Tuesday to check up on the car and make sure everything was fine. He also let me know that after it has about a thousand miles on it that he wants me to bring it back. He wants to check it out and give me a free oil change. Rohon wants to make sure everything works for me. I almost feel like he is a doctor instead of someone who just works on my car. more
