Tree gone, stump remained 4/8/2009

Job: Remove 8 year old Ash, roots and grind stump so I could plant a new tree in same location \r \r Work done: removed tree and took away, removed two out of three major roots that had surfaced and left majority of stump in ground. \r \r Pros: True to estimate ($200) and did work quickly with a minimum of damage to surrounding area.\r \r Cons: They broke a sprinkler head, but worst of all because they left the majority of the stump, I could not plant a new tree in the remaining spot (which I indicated to them that I would do). Hired professionals to plant tree and they couldn't continue because of the large amount of stump left 4 inches from surface. \r \r Other issues: Showed up an hour late. Advice: I would consider hiring them again, but I would be sure to be on site to watch their work. I watched them remotely from a USB camera via the Internet, but that doesn't allow me to inspect the site while they're working. \r \r My resolution: I had to replant my tree in an offset location and didn't more

Horrible Customer Service 7/21/2006

The owner feels free to curse customers.\r \r His salesperson does not follow instructions. They were requested to give 2 days notice before the appointment and was given two contact #s. \r \r They only gave 1/2 day notice on only one phone # and when contacted the owner said "I do not give a *#$ about what you want." PROS: CONS: Should not be in business. more

These people are reasonab le and do a very good job. They sent out someone who was personable and did a great job. they did a great on a palm tree that was hard to reach it was no problem. PROS: great service CONS: none more

These guys are spectacular, they were able to trim my five palm trees in less than hour and a half. Their price per hour beats any of my former trimmers. They have a huge truck that conveniently chops up the scraps, rather than leaving them in front of your house for the garbagemen to pick up. more
